Delivery in Kuwait
We ensure delivery within 4 hours if the order was placed between 8 am and 8 pm, but can take up to next day delivery in case order was placed beyond 8 pm.
Delivery locally in Kuwait is 2KD charge at the moment.
Exception: Ali Sabah Alsalem and Sabah Al Ahmed will be delivered every Sunday and Thursday, provided the order is done a day before. Any order done on Sunday will be delivered on Thursday and any order done on Thursday will be delivered Sunday.
Exclude: (Bneider, Alsalmi, Alwafra, Nuwaiseeb, Alzour, Al-Abdali, Ali Alsalem Airbase, Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, AlJulaia, Kebd, Al-Maqwa'a, Amghara, North Jahra, Farms and Wild Camps and Coast)
Delivery outside Kuwait
GCC and international shipping charge is calculated depending on shipping country and products’ weight and is delivered within 3-7 business days.
If your country imposes duties & taxes, you must pay it.
Shipping Damage
* If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, please refuse to sign it and then contact us immediately.
* If you have already accepted the parcel and found it was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours by email (cs@gomugi.com) after the parcel arrived.
* Please do not throw away any packing material.

Refund Policy
Please note that we will be responsible to collect the products from buyers under the following conditions as per Kuwait Law,
When a customer purchases an item and wants to return or exchange – he/she has only 14 days to return or exchange, making sure the items are returned in a re-saleable condition. That means the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items within 14 days from the date on which the items were delivered.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you with no refund.
To complete an exchange/return, we require a proof of purchase.
Note: In case any return request made by the customer, then we will not refund the shipping charges as that has already been incurred by us. We will refund the product purchased amount only.
However, if you just do not want the order for any personal reasons, we do not refund the shipping fees.
Already engraved mugs are non-exhangeable and non-refundable.
